You don’t have to be super-fit to do this. But you will get fit doing this. And most importantly you’ll build the resilience you need to deal with the challenges you’re facing. Low-impact exercise lowers your blood pressure, increases your flexibility, your core strength and has a massive impact on anxiety and stress. Just by getting on a bike and riding with some blokes.
And then having a free coffee and a chat afterwards. Now that’s a proper start to the day.
